"For this collaborative project, artists Kai Althoff and Yair Oelbaum will perform a theatrical play written and produced specifically for the Dixon Studios; the modern auditorium annexed to the famous Palace Theatre in Southend-on-Sea. The play will contain a small cast who will perform a short run of three events within the theatre’s regular program."

Though Shame Life.
No one is better
Sunny confusion sleep/
Again with the bible believer:
Tea’s not a cup of tea.
Head back to business track,
YOU’VE MADE IT
Major parade, Us.
Falling dance on Us.
Falling music alone, sheltered.
Insane army grew up--
Different generation, different drugs, different Us.
Then drink whisky.
Number doesn’t the same??
I could successful mind
